You will receive a first class service from one of Alchemy's friendly, reliable specialists. They will carry out a free survey of your carpets to ensure we provide you with an accurate quote. Our quotes are no obligation, valid for 6 months and have no hidden charges.
On arrival our specialist will measure the area that you would like cleaned, carry out a colour test to ensure that the colours will not bleed during cleaning, assess the access to the premises, and whether there will be a lot of furniture that needs to be moved so that they are fully prepared on the day.
If the Dry Fusion System is the best option, your carpets will be dry to touch in just half an hour. Meaning you can enjoy your ‘back to new’ carpets almost straight away. If a deeper clean is needed, then our specialists will use the Hot Water Extraction system. This system takes approximately 4 hours to dry, but your carpets will be clean to the base. Our Stain Removal Specialists can remove almost anything!
